The cinnamon roll is the reason we exist
We started with one recipe: a soft, laminated roll with Kerala cinnamon, brown sugar and a lot of butter. The dough rests overnight for 12 hours so it bakes up tender and deeply flavoured. Everything else on the counter grew out of that roll, and we still make it the slow way.

Questions we get often
How much notice do you need for a custom cake?
We need 48 hours for most cakes. For tiered or heavily decorated designs, message us earlier.
Do you deliver?
Pickup from the bakery is our standard. Message us for nearby delivery options for larger orders.
Can I order eggless?
Ask us when you enquire. We will tell you which items we can make eggless and the price.
Can I walk in without ordering?
Yes. Walk in any day and pick up what is fresh on the counter, while stock lasts.
How do I pay?
We take an advance to confirm custom orders and the balance when you collect.
Do you handle allergies?
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts. Tell us your needs and we will be honest about what we can do.
